2018, plaster, copper sulfate, sea salt, 100x50x3 cm (panel) and 80xØ8 cm (single plaster cast)
A wood has been recovered at the mouth of a river. he has followed the same path as the shepherds of Abruzzo with their flocks, from the hinterland to the sea. This practice is called Transhumance. The plaster cast of this wood has been subjected to a gradual coloring through a solution of copper sulfate, the same used in some footbaths for sheep and cattle to eliminate infections from hooves. The dried solution of copper sulfate on the panel chromatically emulates a stage of Transhumance, the Sea.
